I usually avoid books like this about diet but I have to admit I was impressed with this one.
-Simple and easy to read
-Does not push buying costly exercise equipment.
-Lots of recipes located in the back of the book.
-Gives good advice about eating a balance of good food vs exercise. And does not cut out food one likes.
-Some nice tips on walking like getting a dog because it forces one to walk no matter what.
I also liked the chart listing all the names that sugar can be hidden under on food packaging labels.
