I love Dumplings and Spring Rolls so I knew ‘Asian Dumplings: Mastering Gyoza, Spring Rolls, Samosas and More By: ANDREA NGUYEN’ I knew this was going to be the book for me. I am tired of buying them ready made in the store and wanted to try my hands at making them.

The instructions are clear cut and it gives you some tips about short cuts. I also like the drawings of how to close off the Dumplings.

The book has a very nice variety of  recipes with everything from dumplings, stuffed buns, sweet treats and more.

So wish me luck with my homemade dumplings.
