‘The Chia Cookbook: Inventive, Delicious Recipes Featuring Nature’s SuperfoodSep’ by Janie Hoffman gives a wonderful over view on these small little seeds that have been used throughout history. And I’m not talking about a chia pet!
I had no idea one could toss the seeds into almost anything. To think I had only been putting them in my yogurt. So the possibilities are endless.
The recipes are interesting and I intend to try out a number of them out.
However the white seeds which are always talked about I have a hard time finding. I can only find the black seeds or a mix of the black/white ones but I think in the end it really doesn’t matter. Chia is Chia. Its a nice cookbook to have.
